The current project
Piece one
Executive Dashboard
Turn today's manual Sage 100 reporting into something repeatable the business can rely on.
- Sage 100 exports into SharePoint on a repeatable schedule
- Clean, reliable numbers from the raw exports — judgment calls agreed together
- A clear definition for every dashboard number and its Sage 100 source
- Product volume and category trends vs. the same period last year
- Customer account reporting with drill-down into account detail
- Warehouse performance scorecard for the previous week
- Monthly management meeting view — the key reporting in one click
- Home snapshot view with the most relevant metrics at a glance
- “Numbers current as of…” on every page, with refresh monitoring
Piece two
Compliance Knowledge Hub
Organize the compliance knowledge so the team finds answers without guessing.
- Safety data sheets, labeling requirements, and market rules organized in SharePoint
- Product-by-market chart: what's required vs. what's on file
- A plain-English internal assistant, answering only from approved documents
- Source shown for every answer; flags questions instead of guessing
- Tested against real compliance questions before anyone relies on it
- Gap alerts for product-and-market combinations missing paperwork
- Documentation that doubles as onboarding for the new compliance person
Not AI making compliance decisions — it organizes, finds, and flags. Your team makes the calls.
How your data is handled
Sage 100 stays the source of truth
Everything in this build is read-only. Nothing changes in Sage, accounting, orders, inventory, or compliance records from this system.
Your environment
Data stays inside the Microsoft/SharePoint environment wherever possible, on licensing EasyCare already pays for.
Nothing new without approval
Any outside tool, vendor access, or different hosting setup comes to you for approval before it's used.
The agreement, in plain terms
- Discovery
- System discovery and setup review, billed at $40/hour and invoiced separately. The hourly clock stops when the project starts.
- The project
- $8,000 fixed for both pieces — not an hourly meter. $4,000 to start, $4,000 at the final walkthrough once both are live. Includes normal coordination with Compass or the Sage hosting side.
- Ongoing support
- $199/month, month to month — refresh monitoring, fixes, and up to about five hours a month of changes on request.
- Outside this scope
- Larger integrations, new workflows, or a customer-facing chatbot get paused and scoped separately before any work moves forward.
Where this can grow
The data foundation is built so each future piece plugs into the same structure instead of starting over. Click any card for the brief version of what it would do.
Dashboard + Compliance Hub
The current project — and the foundation every piece below plugs into.
NowShipping / UPS Analysis
Your actual UPS invoices compared against your agreement terms, automatically — so overcharges get caught and shipping decisions get made on real numbers.
FutureMarketing Intelligence
Google Analytics, Meta, and social performance unified into one dashboard, with AI-drafted commentary — so reporting stops being a manual copy-paste job.
FutureCustomer Service Assistant
Drafts replies to the repeat questions — using 20 years of blog and product knowledge — so the team answers in seconds instead of retyping the same response.
FutureDealer & Account Intelligence
Growth, decline, and reorder-opportunity tracking across the dealer base — so the sales team knows which accounts need attention before it's obvious.
FutureInventory & Purchasing
Demand forecasting, reorder timing, and stockout risk — including the container and size/weight planning that makes ordering internationally hard.
FutureWarehouse Reconciliation & AP
Warehouse spreadsheets matched to orders automatically and AP requisitions drafted for approval — replacing hours of line-by-line manual reconciliation.
FutureEmail & Text Order Intake
Orders that arrive by email or text extracted into a structured draft — so reps stop printing emails and retyping them line by line.
FutureFit Image Analyzer
An exploratory pilot: can a photo help a customer pick the right size the first time? Wrong-fit returns are real money — but this gets proven before it gets promised.
R&D pilotPublic Website Chatbot
A public-facing version of the customer service assistant — answering routine questions around the clock for a global customer base, once the internal version has earned it.
Later add-onOrder and timing are flexible — each piece is scoped and priced on its own, and nothing starts without your sign-off.
